Reflection 4: Pilipinos in Media (WALKOUT)

Hello class,

Due to the Walkout, there is no class this Thursday, October 7.

However, for those of you who need a reflection, we provided one below.

Pilipinos are not often represented in western media at all. When they are mentioned, it is not often in good light.

Here are two clips from America and one from Britain with the reactions from the Pilipino communities. Are they overreacting to jokes? Do you have suggestions for change?
