The film showed many of the problems facing the Pilipino rural educational systems. How would you address these issues? Specifically take into account competing interests (i.e. Filial duty).

Absence Policy

• If a student accumulates more than 2 absences due to extenuating circumstances, the student must inform the course facilitators.
